Welcome to Quantum IPTV Player. By downloading, installing, accessing, or using our mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

• Connect to IPTV services using M3U/M3U8 playlists or Xtream Codes API
• Manage multiple IPTV profiles and credentials
• Browse and organize TV channels, movies, and series
• Stream video content from user-provided IPTV services
• Customize playback settings and preferences

IMPORTANT: Quantum IPTV Player is a player application only. We do not provide, host, sell, resell, or distribute any IPTV content, subscriptions, streams, channels, or media files. Users must obtain their own legitimate IPTV service subscriptions from authorized providers.

3. User Eligibility and Account

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 13 years old to use this App. If you are between 13 and 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), you may only use the App with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

3.2 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your IPTV service credentials
• All activities that occur under your profiles
• Ensuring your device meets the minimum system requirements
• Keeping the App updated to the latest version

4. User Responsibilities and Acceptable Use

4.1 Legal Content Only

You agree to use the App only with legally obtained IPTV services and content. You must:

7. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

7.2 No Guarantee of Service

We do not guarantee that:

• The App will be available at all times or without interruption

• The App will be compatible with all devices or IPTV services

7.3 Content Disclaimer

We have no control over and do not guarantee the quality, legality, accuracy, or availability of content accessed through third-party IPTV services. You acknowledge that:

• Content quality depends on your IPTV service provider and internet connection
• We are not responsible for content interruptions, buffering, or quality issues
• You are solely responsible for verifying the legality of content you access

7.4 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or use
• Business interruption or loss of goodwill
• Damages arising from your use or inability to use the App
• Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your data
• Damages related to third-party IPTV services or content

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP (WHICH IS ZERO FOR A FREE APP) OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

7.5 Jurisdictional Limitations

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability. In such jurisdictions, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Quantum IPTV Player, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your use or misuse of the App

10. Termination

• Deleting all app data through device settings
